Trivia 1 ~ Answer 1 – Italy

The Pescara Circuit was 16.032 mile race course near Pescara, Italy. Country and town roads were used and were both narrow and bumpy making this an extremely dangerous course.

There were two 5.5 mile long straights and two 3.4 mile straights. The Formula One World Championship was held here in 1957 that drew 200,000 spectators. Enzo Ferrari did not send his cars to this race out of fear for his drivers’ safety.
