Onward (2020)

I watched the 2020 Disney and Pixar computer animated fantasy adventure movie on Netfix DVD. Directed by Dan Scanlon (worked on Cars, Monsters University), produced by Kori Rae (worked on Monsters, Inc. , The Incredibles, Monster’s University) and written by Scanlon, Jason Headley and Keith Bunin. The story is about a world inhabited with mythical creatures living normal lives but there may still be some of their ancient magic out there.

The voices in this movie are Tom Holland (Spiderman), Chris Pratt (Starlord), Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Elaine on Seinfeld, New Adventures of Old Christine, Christmas Vacation), Octavia Spencer (The Divergent Series), Mel Rodriguez (Panic Room, Garfield-The Movie, Captain Underpants), Kyle Bornheimer, Lena Waithe, Ali Wong (Ralph Breaks the Internet), Grey DeLisle (Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, voice for Daphne in Scooby-Doo franchise),

Tracey Ullman (Tracey Ullman Show, Corpse Bride, Flushed Away), Wilmer Valderrama, John Ratzenberger (Cliff on Cheers, Toy Story, Ratatouille, WALL-E, UP, Brave) and Bonnie Hunt

(Rain Man, Jumanji, Jerry Maguire, A Bug’s Life, Monsters Inc., Cars, Toy Story 3, Cars 2, Monsters University, Cars 3, Toy Story 4).

I liked the movie and will give it 3 out of 5 stars. Check out Wikipedia, IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes for more information on this movie.
