Carole King’s “It’s Too Late” / “I Feel the Earth Move” was one of the defining singles of 1971, showcasing two remarkably different sides of her songwriting and musical personality. Released by Ode Records in the United States in April 1971, the double-sided single featured both songs from King’s landmark second solo album, Tapestry, which had been released on February 10, 1971.
