Michael Jackson’s solo career is one of the most influential and celebrated in the history of music. Before launching his solo career, Jackson was the lead singer of The Jackson 5, a group formed in 1964 with his brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, and Marlon. Managed by their father, Joe Jackson, The Jackson 5 signed with Motown Records in 1968.

Lance Reddick Dies

Tall, with a shaved head and a flair for portraying low-key but imposing authority figures.

The 6 foot, 3 inch actor, musician, singer, and film producer Lance Solomon Reddick was born December 31, 1962 in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended Friends School of Baltimore. As a teenager, he studied music at the Peabody Preparatory Institute and a summer program teaching music theory and composition at the Walden School

Inside Man (2006)

I watched this 2006 Universal Pictures crime-thriller “Inside Man on AMC. It was written by  Russell Gewirtz (also wrote the 2008 crime-thriller “Righteous Kill” which starred Robert De Niro and Al Pacino), directed by Spike Lee (film director, producer, screenwriter, actor, and professor) and produced by Brian Grazer (Night Shift, Splash, Real Genius, Spies Like Us, Parenthood, Kindergarten Cop, Housesitter, Apollo 13, The Nutty Professor, Liar Liar, 1998 Psycho, The Da Vinci Code, Cowboys & Aliens, Felicity, 24).
