There are nearby murders, and detective Latham, from Scotland yard, is thinking it is a female werewolf while all the other authorities are mocking him. Phyllis Allenby keeps finding clues, making her believe she is affected by the curse. She was about be be married and now is afraid to even see her fiancée who is trying to figure this out.
