The restaurant was founded about twenty years ago by siblings Lili, Lina, and Lenny Shou, who established it as a neighborhood spot serving pan-Asian dishes.
Sushi Ken is in Newnan, Georgia at 1067 Bullsboro Drive, in the same parking lot as Walmart and Hobby Lobby. It serves Japanese, Sushi and Poke Bowls. They are open for inside dining, all employees were wearing masks and they check the customers temperatures before seating. Sushi Ken is open 11am to 2pm – 4:30pm to 9pm Mon – Thurs, 11am to 2pm – 4:30 to 10 pm Fri, Noon to 10pm Sat and Noon to 9pm Sundays.
