There are lots of songs that relate to the Halloween holiday. In these posts I’ll write about some of my favorites. This will include low hanging fruit as well as some you may have not heard. Jesse White

Best remembered for his long-running role as the original Maytag repairman.

Jesse White was an American character actor best remembered for his long-running role as the original Maytag repairman in a series of widely popular television commercials. He was born Jesse Marc Weidenfeld on January 3, 1917, in Buffalo, New York, but grew up in Akron, Ohio. As a young man, he showed an early interest in performance, participating in amateur stage productions and vaudeville before eventually moving to Los Angeles to pursue a professional career in show business.

The Addams Family – Doyle’s Space: SitCom Hall of Fame

My 7th inductee into my SitCom Hall of Fame.

“The Addams Family” is a classic American television series that originally aired on ABC from September 18, 1964, to April 8, 1966. It ran for a total of 64 episodes over two seasons. “The Addams Family” TV series was created by David Levy, who developed the show based on the original cartoon characters created by Charles Addams.

Wednesday (2021)

I find social media to be a soul-sucking void of meaningless affirmation.

Wednesday is a Netflix supernatural comedy horror television series based on the character Wednesday Addams from The Addams Family. The Addams Family is a fictional family created by cartoonist Charles Addams that originally appeared in a series of 150 unrelated single-panel cartoons in 1938. They have since been adapted to other media, such as television, film, video games, comic books, a musical, and merchandise. They were originally published in The New Yorker over a 50-year period from their inception.
