Lyrical: “Learning to Fly” (Part One)

Covers – by Deep Purple

I will discuss a whole album of covers by the band Deep Purple this time. It is called Turning to Crime and was released on November 21, 2022. The album was created following a suggestion by Bob Ezrin, who has been Deep Purple’s producer since 2013.

Pink Floyd – Doyle’s Space: Music Hall of Fame

My 4th inductee is the incredible Pink Floyd. In 1973, a friend of mine had the 45 of “Money/Any Colour You Like” and I was hooked. Soon, I would, like everyone else, buy a copy of the Dark Side of the Moon LP. I later went back to their beginnings, and as a psychedelic fan, was not disappointed.
