These guys were a popular puppeteer and TV producer known for shows including H.R. Pufnstuf; an actor known of TV and Movies such as Batman Begins; a celebrated country music songwriter known for hits such as “The Gambler; and a radio and tv personality known for his gardening know how.
Some great musicians and a wonderful film star have passed.
These artists were the bassist for the Moody Blues; acted in The Godfather series of movies, Play It Again Sam, Reds, and many more; was the bassist for the Yardbirds and Box of Frogs; and was in Buddy Holly’s band the Crickets, and wrote the theme song for the Mary Tyler Moore Show.
Several more notable artists have passed away in March and April of 2025.
This group have recorded music such as “Since I Fell For You” and “Ebb Tide”; written songs for the such as Elvis Presley, Willie Nelson, Ray Charles, Eric Clapton, and Vince Gill; hosted game shows including Gambit, Tic Tac Dough, Las Vegas Gambit, and High Rollers; and performed on TV shows including Far Out Space Nuts, The Kroft Superstar Hour, and Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.
