“Dear Mr. Fantasy” is a 1967 song by Traffic, written by Jim Capaldi, Steve Winwood, and Chris Wood, and it became one of the defining songs of the band’s psychedelic-rock period. It first appeared on Traffic’s debut album Mr. Fantasy in the United Kingdom, where it closes the original album’s first side, and on the American Heaven Is in Your Mind configuration.

Box of Frogs was an English rock group formed in London in 1983 by three former members of the Yardbirds, guitarist Chris Dreja, bassist Paul Samwell-Smith, and drummer Jim McCarty. The group initially performed under several names before settling on “The Yardbirds,” reportedly inspired by the writings of author Jack Kerouac, who used the slang term “yardbird” to describe a drifter or someone living on the margins of society.
