Had some chuffs, bad ignitors, battery issues, CATOs and lawn darts.
It’s been a while since we’d got together for a launch, 07/03/21 was the last. Lots of rain and scheduling conflicts but it all worked out this weekend. It was in the low 80’s and overcast, for the first 2/3 of the launch, but the winds were mostly calm and we had fun.
Another great day for a launch. About 54 degrees and a little windy at times, made for a few long walks. Got a little chilly toward the end of the day but we had a great time.
Beautiful blue sky, not a cloud anywhere. The wind was a little strong at times, blowing right back at us but the temperature was a comfortable 67 degrees. What a great day for flying rockets.
Great day for a rocket launch! Beautiful fall weather, not a cloud in the sky, light winds and 73 degrees. We used the Jolly Logic AltimeterTwo on all ten of our flights.
Great launch today. Weather was a little too windy, but we managed, and the temperature was incredible, 70 degrees. The sky was overcast the entire day. We also had some CATO‘s.
Beautiful day, a little windy, made the temperature just right. We had a great time even though the opening day of dove season ran us off the main field.
