Reporting on several guys that have recently passed.
These guys were a cartoonist and author of the comic strip Dilbert; musician and songwriter best known as a founding member of the Grateful Dead; film director, screenwriter, animator, storyboard artist and playwright, best known for his Disney work; and the bass guitarist of German rock band Scorpions.
Several notable souls have been lost to start the new year.
These individuals were keyboards, guitar, six-string bass player for the Cure; a model, singer, and actress in multiple movies; rockabilly performer, film producer, actor and wrestling manager; and a Swiss author of pseudoscientific books which made claims about extraterrestrial influences on early human culture.
Some great musicians and a wonderful film star have passed.
These artists were the bassist for the Moody Blues; acted in The Godfather series of movies, Play It Again Sam, Reds, and many more; was the bassist for the Yardbirds and Box of Frogs; and was in Buddy Holly’s band the Crickets, and wrote the theme song for the Mary Tyler Moore Show.

So what counts as the lots of members in this fictitious game I’m making up as I go? Basically I’m counting the most members they used in their group throughout their entire history. I’ll list some here with some of their membership. I will also list some bands that just had a lot, not especially the most.

These guys were televangelist, gospel singer, and author; played Deputy Cletus Hogg on The Dukes of Hazzard; composed the music for movies like Cool Hand Luke and The Amityville Horror, and TV like Hawaii 5-0; and wrote songs and played guitar for Mott the Hoople and Bad Company.

Genesis, the English progressive rock band that would become one of the most commercially successful and artistically influential acts in rock history, formed at the end of the 1960s amid the creative ferment of British public school culture. The group originated at Charterhouse School in Surrey in 1967, where two separate songwriting duos—Peter Gabriel and Tony Banks on one side, and Anthony Phillips and Mike Rutherford on the other.
