I watched 2020 Warner Bros. Pictures DC Films release of Wonder Woman 1984 at the AMC North Point Mall 12 in Alpharetta, Georgia. Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) played by Gil Gadot (Miss Israel 2004, served two years in the Israel Defense Forces as a soldier, Fast & Furious, Date Night, Knight and Day, Fast Five, Fast & Furious 6, Furious 7, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Wonder Woman, Justice League, Ralph Breaks the Internet) is working at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C
and meets a new archaeologist Barbara Ann Minerva (Cheetah) played by Kristen Wiig (Saturday Night Live, Knocked Up, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, How To Train Your Dragon, Date Night, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, 2016 Ghostbusters, Despicable Me 1,2,3).
She has come in possession of an artifact, the “Dreamstone” — containing an inscription claiming that anyone holding it will have one wish granted.
Other stars are Chris Pine (Smokin’ Aces, Star Trek, Unstoppable, Rise of the Guardians, Star Trek Into Darkness, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, Star Trek Beyond, Wonder Woman, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse),
Nine Lives, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Wonder Woman, Blade Runner 2049, Justice League, Santa Barbara, House of Cards),
I thought the movie was great and would have given it 5 out of 5 but I thought it was a little long at 2 hours and 31 minutes. It would have been perfect at 2 hours in my opinion. I’ll give it 4.75 out of 5.
