Gabriel Iglesias was born July 15, 1976 in San Diego, California. He worked for a cell phone company in Los Angeles before going into comedy full time in 1997.
Iglesias tends to avoid deliberately offensive humor in favor of cleaner, if adult-oriented, material which he claims helps him maintain a sizeable and diverse audience. He is popular for his shows “I’m Not Fat… I’m Fluffy“.
