I watched this 2014 Grindstone Entertainment, Voltage Pictures, Steamroller Productions action/crime film, “A Good Man”, fifth collaboration between Steven Seagal (co-producer) and director Keoni Waxman, on Netflix DVD. Alexander was the leader of a covert operation on the border of Dagestan (Russia). His team has two targets, Islamic terrorist Abu Alwaki and Mr. Chen, an Islamic fundamentalist arms dealer who is financing terrorism. The mission fails and Mr. Chen gets away.
Two years later, Alexander is now a handyman in Eastern Europe where he gets involved in protecting neighbors Lena and her young sister Mya from the local mafia. Alexander is played by Steven Seagal (a 7th-dan black belt in aikido,

co-produced by Phillip B. Goldfine (The Lady in Number 6: Music Saved My Life, Damascus Cover, A Christmas Story 2). The movie was shot in in Bucharest, Romania in three weeks. The movie has a sequel titled “Absolution”.
