Our first family color TV was the Quasar by Motorola. I remember going to Pruitt’s in Alpharetta and Daddy picking it out. The new thing was “the works in a drawer”
where the service man could easily pull the components out for service. This was two good things for me, I could see the color part of The Wizard of Oz and the GE B&W console TV was moved into my room!
