Sean Connery 007 has Died

Sir Sean Connery was born August 25, 1930 in Edinburgh, Scotland. At 16 he joined the Royal Navy and after his discharge he worked as a milkman, lorry driver, lifeguard. Artist’s model, coffin polisher and a stage hand before he started acting. Some of his films were, The Longest Day, Dr. No, From Russia with Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, Diamonds are Forever,

Zardoz, Murder on the Orient Express, The Man Who Would be King, A Bridge Too Far, Time Bandits, Never Say Never Again, Highlander, The Untouchables, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade,

The Hunt for Red October, Highlander II: The Quickening, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Just Cause, First Knight, Dragonheart, The Avengers, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

He is also the voice of James Bond in the Electronic Arts, 2005, James Bond 007: From Russia with Love third person shooter video game. He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II at Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh on July 5, 2000. He had suffered from dementia the last few years and had recently been unwell. He died in his sleep October 31, 2020 at the age of 90 at his home in the Bahamas. Sean Connery was my favorite, of all the actors that played James Bond, and was great in all the movies I’ve seen him act. What a talented gentleman.
