Breakfast Smoothie (Diabetic)

I make a breakfast smoothie every morning and it lasts me until lunch. It tastes good and is easy to make. I pre-fill 20 little cups (purchased in packs of 10 at the dollar store) with the powders and keep them in the fridge for quick access in the mornings. Country Gravy

I’ve been eating this gravy for a while and it is very good. Recently, I was pan frying a steak in butter and decided to use the gravy mix afterwards. I poured 1 and 3/4 cups of water in the pan after removing the steak. I added the gravy mix and stirred while it came to a boil. I turned the heat down to a simmer and continued to stir for one minute. Turned out to be the best gravy I have made. Super easy and delicious.
